Check Out Pumpkin Nights In Arlington

From Sep 18 to Oct 31 you can head to Pumpkin Nights and check out the 1/2mile trail where you will visit some spooktacular lighted exhibits. This year they have Forbidden City, a Pirates Cove, and 7500 pumpkins on display throughout. The trail ends in the village where there is a festival, food and fire-dancing. Boo At The Zoo

On Oct 24-26 you can don your favorite costume and head to the Forth Worth Zoo for some Halloween fun and treats. This one is great for parents with smaller kids that want something not so scary. You can see the Magical Monster Mash magic show, or if you like bats Renfield the bat puppet goes on at 11:15am for the first showing. You may find strolling characters in costume or the kooky dancing skeletons as you walk the main path. All the animals are there and they set up trick or treat stations throughout the zoo. Get Scared At The Dark Hour Haunted House

Starting Sep. 19 the Dark Hour will be open to scare you. It is said to be one of the top haunted houses in the country. This event is 10 and up and last 30 minutes or 1 hour for VIP. You tour a haunted catacomb and see scary creatures like Corva Have, the Witch of Swarms and watch out for the creepy lady that looks like she is melting. The sets have lights, sounds, and actors decked out ready to give you a fright. The venue sells light snacks and beverages, and parking for this one is free. Here is the info

Cutting Edge Haunted House

1701 E. Lancaster Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76102

Nestled in a 100-year abandoned meat factory is the Cutting Edge. A multi-story haunted house with special effects and terrifying monsters. For the whole walk through this takes about 55 minutes. You have multiple levels of scares to walk through and you will see why it is called "The Half Acre From Hades," the 2025 calendar is most weekends and Thursdays in October. Check it here.
